We provide consultation services and support to assigned Franchisees in the broad success areas of customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development.
As such we provide strategic direction, leadership, and counsel to to franchisees in the areas of:
- Business profitability
- Maintaining operational standards
- Training
- Marketing, and development of business plans which include specific goals, objectives, and strategies for growth.
We work as the primary link between the company and the franchise community – working with you as a combined role as leaders, influencers, and functional experts to build strong, trusting partnerships with our Franchisees.
Our Role:
- Serve as a business advisor to strive for continued growth using all appropriate company provided tools/processes
- In partnership with franchisee, diagnose and remove barriers affecting customer experience, store performance, and develop business plans to drive success (plans may include store operations, local marketing, staff training, recruitment, and other areas of focus)
- Know and use our key business metrics to dig into issues and opportunities for each location
- Conduct on site evaluations to ensure brand standards are consistently met and gain commitment for any needed corrections
- Generate and maintain detailed documentation of discussions/consultations, non-compliance issues, and follow-up actions to support all action to be taken
- Drive success of new openings within assigned territory
